Preparing for Your QHHT Session
Before your Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session, I recommend that you prepare up to 10 questions you'd like your Higher Self to answer. These should be the questions closest to your heart — about your life, your health, your spiritual path, or your soul purpose. Email them to me prior to your session so I can review and align with the themes you're exploring.
The questions below are simply examples — use them for inspiration, or choose the ones that speak to you most. Let your intuition guide you.
