For more than two decades, my work as a Registered Nurse has taught me the value of listening, compassion and being present. That same warmth runs through my interviews, my writing and the space I create for people to pause.
Alongside nursing, I have trained in Angelic Reiki and QHHT. Whether you arrive with firm beliefs, a thousand questions or simple curiosity, you’re welcome here.
