I understand that circumstances can change and sometimes appointments need to be rearranged.
As I reserve time specifically for each client, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, you're welcome to reschedule your appointment to another available date or time at no additional charge.
You can do this directly through your Setmore booking confirmation, or contact me if you need assistance.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your appointment entirely, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge reflecting the reasonable loss caused by the cancellation.
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are generally non-refundable, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and may be difficult to offer to another client at short notice.
Any cancellation charges or deductions will be reasonable and in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
If something unexpected happens, please get in touch. I appreciate that genuine emergencies occur, and I'm always happy to discuss your circumstances.

Podcast interviews are offered free of charge and can take place either online or in person.
Online Interviews
Online interviews are recorded using Riverside. You'll receive a recording link and further instructions before your appointment.
Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and a quiet environment where you won't be disturbed.
In-Person Interviews
In-person recordings take place in Royston, near Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
The full address and arrival instructions will be provided after your booking has been arranged.
Interview Duration
A two-hour appointment is reserved for each podcast interview, although most conversations last between 50 and 90 minutes.
This allows plenty of time to settle in, check equipment and enjoy a relaxed conversation without feeling rushed.
Before appearing on the podcast, please ensure you've completed my Guest Information Form.
This gives me an opportunity to learn about your personal journey, experiences and the subjects you'd like to explore. It also helps me prepare thoughtful, personalised conversation topics.
The interviews are relaxed and unscripted, so there's no need to prepare formal answers.

If you're unable to attend your scheduled podcast interview, please let me know as soon as possible, ideally giving at least 24 hours' notice.
You can also use your Setmore booking confirmation to reschedule your interview to another available date.
As podcast interviews are offered free of charge, there are no cancellation fees. However, advance notice is greatly appreciated, as recording time and preparation are set aside specifically for you.
Please remember that interviews are recorded with the intention of being shared publicly. We'll confirm recording and publication arrangements before your interview.
Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please continue to seek appropriate healthcare advice when needed.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT)
Although I'm a Level 2 QHHT practitioner, I'm not currently offering QHHT sessions through my booking diary. If you're interested in QHHT, please contact me directly to discuss future availability.
Respecting Your Time and Mine
I always aim to provide a welcoming, relaxed and professional experience, whether we're meeting for healing or recording a podcast.
If I ever need to rearrange an appointment myself, I'll contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative date or, for a paid session, a refund where appropriate.
