What is QHHT?
What is QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, usually called QHHT, is a hypnosis method developed by Dolores Cannon. It combines an extended conversation, guided hypnosis and reflection, with space to explore personal questions through imagery and your own inner experience.
The method may include what people interpret as past-life experiences, symbolic stories or other impressions. In QHHT, the term “Subconscious” describes what practitioners regard as a deeper source of inner wisdom, sometimes called the Higher Self.
You are free to interpret your experience in a way that fits your own beliefs. Images or impressions arising in hypnosis should not be treated as verified historical memories or factual evidence.

We begin with an in-depth conversation about your life, what has brought you here and what you would like to explore. There is time to settle in and prepare your questions and intentions together.

You are gently guided into hypnosis. We explore the imagery or impressions that arise, before moving towards the questions you have prepared within the QHHT approach. Some people describe vivid scenes; others experience thoughts, feelings or a quieter sense of awareness.

Afterwards, we take time to discuss your experience. Your session includes an audio recording so you can revisit it privately in your own time. Recording arrangements are discussed with you before we begin.
Your £300 appointment includes: our initial conversation, preparation of your questions, the guided QHHT experience, time for reflection and your audio recording. Please allow approximately four hours.

A private QHHT session with me costs £300. Please allow approximately four hours, including our conversation, hypnosis and reflection afterwards. Your audio recording is included.

Make a note of the questions you would like to explore and wear comfortable clothing. We discuss your questions together before hypnosis. Ask me about any practical arrangements when we confirm your appointment.

Experiences of hypnosis vary. You may remain aware of your surroundings or feel deeply absorbed in your inner experience. You do not need to “switch off” to have something to reflect on afterwards.

You do not need to arrive with a fixed belief. Some people interpret their experience spiritually; others view it symbolically or as a personal imaginative experience. We can talk about your expectations before you book.

No. The depth of hypnosis, imagery and personal meaning vary. I cannot promise a past-life experience, an answer to every question or a specific physical, emotional or spiritual outcome.
